D |          在保障措施方面，进一步加强校服产业专班的领导，统筹协调各方资源，确保各项扶持政策落到实处；加强政策宣传解读，让企业充分了解政策、享受政策。

E | 建立健全校服产业公共服务平台，定期对企业的发展情况进行监督和评估，根据实际情况，及时调整和完善扶持政策、措施，提高政策的针对性和实效性，确保扶持效果的最大化。各相关部门要进一步转变工作作风，提高服务意识和服务水平；建立健全服务企业的长效机制，主动为企业排忧解难，为企业发展创造良好环境。
